Missing Mile, North Carolina
I'm often asked whether the setting of LOST SOULS and DRAWING
BLOOD is a real place. It's not, but it was inspired and
enriched by real places including Chapel Hill, NC, Athens,
GA, and the tiny town of Duncan, NC. Why Duncan? Not sure
-- it just has a Missing Mile-ish sort of look.
